Refund policy
30 day return policy - If you order a product that is not fit for purpose please contact us and we will exchange the product up to the same value. Additional freight charges may apply.
30 day refund policy. If you order a product and change your mind or no longer require the goods. Please submit your request in writting to wasales@ufenceit.com.au, if approved we will refund your payment back to the card used to make the purchase within 10 days minus a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that product exchanges or refunds are only possible if the goods are in the original packaging, are in brand new condition and not damaged in any way. Ufenceit reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund of the goods if these terms are not met.
Picking & Packing - If you receive the wrong items please let us know within 30 days of receiving the shipment and we will correct the problem at our expense.
Product warranty - 10 Years excluding gate hinges which have 3 Years warranty. Products should be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers care and maintenance policy.
